Will resitive pressure sensors be compatible? ie standard oil pressure gauge sensors?

HRTuning wrote:Glad to hear you got it!

It shows everything you want it to. You'll be able to program custom sensors too in an upcoming release of the software. Wink

Directly from the order page.

"Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipment of new orders as this product is just getting launched."

There's 15 breakpoints you can setup for the voltage after resistance vs real world values.

So in theory (LOL), even though at moment I don't have an engine in my car, I should be able to hook up a battery, plug in the TunerView, turn the key and it'll do something other than say "connecting"?

Just wondering. Cool

If it's hooked up to the ECU or RTP, ya. As long as it gets data.

Some time ago (like september 2009), you mentioned that there could be an new version of the Tunerview with graphical color display.
Is there any news on this?
I'm waiting for this to come before I order the Tunerview Embarassed Rolling Eyes

The next one won't be color, it will be black and white, so if that's what you're waiting on, you're fine. Smile

Yeah, thought it was color, but B&W is fine.
Any ideas on the type of display?
Will the controller (the tunerview itself) be the same or new design?
With maybe extra 0-5v inputs? Very Happy

Or is it way to early for specs like that Embarassed

With a new display type comes a completely new board design. Smile

Too early to release full specs. Wink

Fully configurable layout, invertible display. It will have analog inputs. Smile

It won't fit there. The active area alone is 4.7x2.5.

Sad
Is it possible to use a smaller graphical dispay?
To 'replace' TVII, as a product I mean.

I'm afraid most people would complain about it being too small, but it is something I am considering. Smile Nothing will replace the TV2, though. That will always be available.

I may do a gauge that actually fits in a gauge pod sometime in the future, if things continue to go well for the TunerView line of displays.

Sorry, for some reason this didn't show up as a new post. I'm just seeing it now while looking over everything.

I understand the demand -> supply theory.

But it would be cool though, hope springs eternal Laughing
