2step kicks in... not recognizing that its in gear??

I have a friend that had that 2 step thing happen very ramdom as well. We checked and rechecked wires tune and found it to be the part that hold the chip the soider cracked and was messing thing up. Check all your joints.

Hope that helps fix it, maybe some one else out there that is having the same thing go on.

I had the exact same problem

To fix this you need to play around with the IACV slider, Duty adjust and duct cycle. PLay wound with this to get correct setting.
Try moving the Duty cycle way down and then start with 5 click to the right and move on from the .

Also check that your injector calibration is correct.

The help section will give u a clear indication on how to set up injector calibration that might be causing the bogging.

I fixed mine with the help of Kelly and JR.
