H22 redline shift issues

01preludeblue Tue Feb 21, 2017 1:41 am

Built H22 car runs fine pulls fine and red lines fine with no issues or cel's. Issue I'm having is when shifting at red line. At red line I'll shift quickly but when I let out the clutch and floor the gas there is about a second or two of hesitation sometimes bogs the car and sounds like its cutting out then it starts to pull fine and does it again every time I shift at red line. Does it 1st-2nd and 2nd-3rd, haven't tested 3rd-4th and 4th-5th due to speed limits but I'm assuming it probably does it in those gears too. There is no check engine lights but I've tested the tps and map sensor, timing is on point and ignition parts are fairly new.

You may want to look at Tip-In Fueling and/or fuel cut parameters.

Okay will do. Is it normal for my tps to read 104% on neptune at wot? I've tested it and it's calibrated fine according to the volt readings.

Then it's going over the voltage you set open to.

Okay so that's just having to change the settings in my preferences in Neptune?

TPS closed voltage- 0.5v
TPS open voltage- 4.5v
Thats what its set to right now, seems correct?

I went ahead and enabled the tps gauge in neptune to show my volt reading and saw my volt readings were different from the last time I tested it. Closed its at 0.53v and open its at 4.68v. Did the calibration maybe get moved somehow or is my tps sensor just going bad?

The calibration doesn't depict the voltage. The calibration depicts what you see in the gauge.
