TPS Voltaje difference neptune

whitewidow Sun Mar 27, 2016 9:38 pm

Hi,

Im trying to calibrate the TPS sensor but i get a voltage difference between ECU pin out and Neptune.

I set it with a voltmeter at 4.5 WOT and 0.48 CT
But when i plug the pc i see 4.45 WOT and 0.43 CT on the Neptune

Who do i believe Laughing ?
I also notice that is 99% wot and -1% -2% at CT, there is any problem with CT at negative values?

You can calibrate open and closed voltages in preferences. The voltage differences are not relevant. You're within spec.

as stated, you are within spec. It will work normally that way.

But if you're a little OCD like myself, the ECU is where the measurement is taken so calibrate TPS at the ECU.
again 50mV loss from the sensor to the ECU is not going to change anything.
