D16A6 turbo build RTP OBD0-1 ?

Ok heres the main question, Ive been told i could convert the ecu to OBD1 but leave my dizzy OBD0 if I use Neptune RTP and change it in the system is this true? thanks

No, you need an OBD1 distributor.

my one other ? is does it matter whihc OBD1 dizzy I use im stayin non vtec so do i need to get a non vtec dizzy ?

The SOHC VTEC dizzy doesnt fit the SOHC non-VTEC head.
Don't know for the the JDM D15B dizzy though.

well what about bseries? right now i have an OBD0 ls dizzy on my car. How do non vtec guys convert to OBD1 then if the dizzys dont fit

The right dizzy fits just fine. If you're D non-vtec, get a D non-vtec.

In EDM the D15B7 is OBD1 and fits just right.
