I sent you an email, but I forgot to ask this: Are you absolutely sure that the wideband is reading correct?

Tuning your own car.

That part throttle vs. full throttle thing is why I'd only get tuned at a place that has a variable load dyno. Very Happy

Download software issues??

You should also re-download the file. Clear your browser's cache to ensure it is actually re-doing the download.

Thoughts on disabling/enabling ignition adjustments

14* isn't very much when you account for the fact that most people tune with systems that don't allow you to disable the ignition adjustments.

Im pretty sure the disable timing thing only disables the timing corrections you cant control, ie it still corrects for IAT and ECT, etc etc.

cant turn off 3000rpm revlimiter and no datalogging

With the stories I've heard of the connector mix-ups, I'm glad to hear that nobody has blown their RTP board or ECU doing this!

Considering buying Neptune RTP

You can control IAB with either a P72, which has the IAB control hardware built in, or you can use one of the extra outputs to control them with a relay.

Driver problems

Are you using the same USB port?

I once experienced this when I plugged into a different USB port, Windows wanted to reinstall the drivers.

Actual timing vs. Map timing

The map timing is what you have in your ignition maps as the settings for timing.

Actual timing is what is going to the distributor after all corrections (IAT, ECT, Gear, etc) are applied.

OBD II vs OBD I IACV?

Both my prelude (OBDII IACV) and my EF (OBDI H22 IACV) idle beautifully with Neptune, which was far from the case with any of the other systems I've tried.
