Anti Theft Rev Limiter Problem

No, anti-theft won't allow the vehicle to start at all. If it shuts down you do need to enter the code again in order to start.

Anti-theft help

You can see Anti-Theft as an item in the datalist while datalogging to verify you're properly meeting criteria. The additional input is for a switch if you want to wire one up.

tunerview laggy

I also have the samsung s8 and the app certainly does not act that way whatsoever on this phone. That being the case you may have an app conflicting somehow, otherwise I have no suggestions.

Like right click - Add Row/Column After? Safe to assume so since it's been there for years and years.
So YES you can add a column during tuning on the dyno but be prepared to spend a while fixing up ...

Disable VTEC and tune it with low cam only. There's also an option to use high cam maps only.

Bad ECU?

The unit not powering means it's not getting voltage from the ECU. That could mean the ECU isn't feeding it voltage, a header is broken, or it's not installed properly.

Neptune Basemap Creator

If there are none listed then nobody has contributed one at this point. You'll have to tune it appropriately. Shouldn't really be running so hard on a basemap!
