Return or exchange of Goods:
The Buyer has the right to inspect received goods upon arrival and has ten (10) working days after delivery to contact HRTuning about any claim of alleged defects. If it is assessed by HRTuning that the item in question needs replacement, we will issue an RMA number for exchange. For returns, only unused goods, intact, undamaged, and complete, with all components and hardware originally provided by HRTuning may be authorized for return subject to inspection and acceptance by HRTuning. HRTuning will only accept returns with prior return authorization and associated RMA number. All returns must be within thirty (30) days from the original shipping date. Authorized and accepted returns will without exception be assessed a 15% restocking charge.

International Orders:
All International customers assume complete responsibility for any and all duties, tariffs, taxes and/or other import fees assessed upon importation of goods.
